Type and scope of data processing

Online-BewerbungenWir verarbeiten Ihre uns übersendeten Bewerbungsunterlagen inkl. der Dateien, die Sie uns zur Verfügung stellen, ausschließlich zur Durchführung eines Bewerbungsverfahrens (Art. 6 (1) lit. b DS-GVO). Wir kontaktieren Sie im Bewerbungsverfahren, um Sie über den Fortgang Ihrer Bewerbung zu unterrichten bzw. Sie zu einem Vorstellungsgespräch einzuladen. Nach Abschluss des Bewerbungsverfahrens werden Ihre Daten spätestens nach sechs Monaten gelöscht, sofern Sie nicht eingewilligt haben, dass wir Ihre Daten behalten und Sie künftig über passende Stellenangebote informieren dürfen. (Art. 6 (1) lit. a DS-GVO).

Ihre Rechte

Sie können die Verarbeitung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten unter den Voraussetzungen des Art. 18 DSGVO einschränken.

9.5. Widerspruch
Sie können aus Gründen, die sich aus Ihrer besonderen Situation ergeben, gegen die Verarbeitung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten jederzeit Widerspruch einlegen, wenn sich diese auf die Rechtsgrundlage Art. 6 Abs. 1 e) oder f) DSGVO stützen. Ihre personenbezogenen Daten werden nach dem Widerspruch nicht mehr von uns verarbeitet. Dieses Recht ist ausgeschlossen, wenn hierdurch Rechte und Freiheiten anderer Personen (insbesondere personenbezogene Daten Dritter, unsererseits bestehende Geschäfts- oder Betriebsgeheimnisse, Urheberrechte) beeinträchtigt würden.

Pflicht zur Bereitstellung von Daten
Es besteht für Sie keinerlei gesetzliche oder vertragliche Pflicht zur Bereitstellung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten.
